One of the biggest worries I hear is "what if my house is to messy?" or "what if my house isn't big enough?"
I work with light and raw moments not perfection! I photograph small areas around your house not whole rooms and anything distracting can be edited out.
Choosing the right location within your home can make all the difference to your images. A few locations I normally use are:
a window
couch
wall (if possible)
bed (if possible)
If you are unsure about any of these locations please don't worry and let me know in advance and we can discuses an alternative.

Couch space
Capturing images on your couch will allow me to capture a few images of you sitting comfortably with your family. This also encourages your children to interact naturally with you as this is a space they are familiar with.
A wall

Having a wall available will allow me to get a couple of naturally posed shots of you, your family and even pets.
This could be in your hall, kitchen, living room or nursery.

Window space
I love to incorporate window shots within your gallery. This not only adds beautiful lighting to your images but also a beautiful background. This could be a small window in your Livingroom, bedroom or even double doors in your kitchen.
A bed
Capturing images on your bed will allow me to capture a few posed images of your new-born. This also encourages your children to interact naturally with their new brother or sister.

My bean bag
As well as all these spots in your home I also bring along a professional studio light and posing beanbag. This allows me to capture the more posed new-born images on a white background.

Please don't worry if you feel you don't have any of these spaces available as I said before I don't need a lot of space to create beautiful images. If you are concerned please just send us a email and we can discuss other options.
